Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Engineer Trainee – Design with 0–1 year of experience to join our engineering team in Nelamangala, Bangalore. The candidate will support design and development activities by creating detailed drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
- Create and develop detailed 2D mechanical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Translate design concepts into proposal and detailed design drawings.
- Assist in preparing accurate and clear engineering layouts and documentation.
2. Collaboration
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project stakeholders, to develop and refine designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design requirements are properly implemented.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain, organize, and update project documentation systematically.
- Support adherence to internal design procedures and quality requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design, materials, and engineering tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Assist in developing and standardizing design practices, templates, and guidelines.
