Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the global sales function by conducting strategic secondary market research, analyzing pharmaceutical industry trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct secondary market research to evaluate market potential by region, company, product, and molecule type.
  • Analyze market size, market share, CAGR, key customers, production sites, and competitive landscapes.
  • Research company profiles, financials, clinical trials, CAPEX/OPEX, key contacts, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Identify emerging trends within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Support the Business Development team with research data and internal tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for effective decision-making.
  • Utilize open-source intelligence, including annual reports, clinical trial registries, patent databases, and industry portals.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations such as GDPR.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Technology, Marketing, CRM, and Regional Sales teams to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple research requests while delivering accurate and timely insights.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools and creating AI agents to improve work efficiency is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to summarize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
