Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our Projects Department at our Nelamangala location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing various stages of project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical and organizational skills to drive project success from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent and self-driven project activities to support ongoing projects.
• Actively participate in the project initiation phase, establishing framework conditions for effective monitoring and execution.
• Contribute to monthly project controlling, including progress tracking, deviation analysis, and cost management.
• Prepare and maintain internal and external reports, presentations, and documentation related to project progress and status.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation and maintain proper tracking of all project activities.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of departmental standards, templates, and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. – Mechanical).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project management or engineering roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
