Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and drive digital innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of corporate BIM standards.
- Develop and maintain Revit family libraries, ensuring they remain updated and aligned with company standards.
- Provide technical support to architects and design teams in Revit and other relevant software.
- Conduct internal training sessions and prepare technical guidelines/instructions.
- Coordinate projects and actively participate in BIM coordination meetings.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of information models.
- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Coordinator.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing projects using BIM technologies, particularly Revit.
- Experience in automating routine design tasks using Dynamo and/or Python.
- Strong interest in modern design technologies and digital workflows.
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level – confident conversational skills).
- Strong understanding of model coordination and BIM processes.
