Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing or engineering environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting end-to-end production processes — from planning and execution to coordination and onsite supervision for complex engineering projects.
This position demands strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure smooth production operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Project Specification Sheets (PSS) to initiate and plan production activities.
- Develop micro-level production plans and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
- Generate and follow up on material indents and job work orders.
- Execute daily shop floor planning, including manpower and resource allocation.
- Monitor and implement 5S practices, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Provide technical support during Pre-FAT, FAT, and SAT phases of the project.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for manufacturing and production-related tasks.
- Manage logistics and dispatch activities, including packing box approvals, packing lists, and production reporting.
- Supervise mechanical installation at domestic and international project sites, ensuring compliance with piping and system requirements.
- Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) activities to align with departmental and organizational standards.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) – Mechanical or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in production, manufacturing, or project execution.
