We’re thrilled to share a major development in Biotree’s journey toward scaling innovation and enhancing biopharmaceutical manufacturing in India. Biotree has recently acquired a brand-new production site — Factory II, located in T. Begur.
This new facility marks a significant milestone in our expansion strategy and our commitment to delivering world-class manufacturing solutions to the biopharma industry.

What’s New at Factory II?
Spread across 1 acre of land, the T. Begur facility is designed with efficiency and scalability in mind. Of this, 25,000 square feet is exclusively dedicated to manufacturing, ensuring a focused, high-performance space for producing critical components and systems for the biopharmaceutical sector.
Whether it’s high-purity equipment or process systems, this facility has been built to handle it all — with the same precision, quality, and compliance that Biotree is known for.
Certified for ASME Vessel Manufacturing
One of the key highlights of the new Factory II is its ASME certification for vessel manufacturing. This globally recognized certification reaffirms our dedication to meeting international standards for safety, design, and fabrication.
With this capability, we’re now better equipped to produce pressure vessels and other critical equipment that meet the stringent demands of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries — both in India and globally.
Why This Expansion Matters
As the demand for high-quality biopharmaceutical products continues to grow, so does the need for reliable, scalable, and compliant manufacturing infrastructure. Factory II allows us to:
- Expand our production capacity
- Support more complex and customized client projects
- Reduce lead times
- Continue to uphold the highest standards of engineering and manufacturing excellence
Looking Ahead
The new facility is more than just a physical space — it’s a testament to Biotree’s long-term vision. It strengthens our foundation and supports our mission to enable safe, efficient, and innovative biopharmaceutical manufacturing in India and beyond.
